| Delivery Charges are based on weight of items. To check delivery charges for your address, go to your cart and follow the links. |
| All items will be sent using Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service |

| Refunds and Faulty Items |
| |
| Due to the nature of the items sold, we are unable to offer refunds. However, if an item reaches you and it is found to be faulty we will try to send you a replacement as soon as possible. This also applies if the item reaches you in a damaged condition. Please inform us of the nature of the damage so that we can send you the correct replacement. |
| If, due to whatever reason we cannot offer a replacement, we will offer you a voucher which you may use at our store and/or offer a similar product. |
| Please note: damages & faulty items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. |

| Cancellations |

| Cancellations can only be accepted if it is made within 3 days from time of order and if the order has not been despatched. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. We apologise for not being able to accept cancellations once an order has been despatched. |
